Please ask the VP of Finance for access to our Indian Trail PTO Tax Exemption form when making purchases for your committee or event and requesting reimbursement from the PTO. Indian Trail PTO does not reimburse sales tax, with the exception of retailers (such as Costco) who do not accept sales tax exemption forms. Feel free to email us with any questions!

All leftover unopened supplies from events should be returned, if possible. Anything that will be saved for future PTO use should be placed in the storage closet and added to the PTO Inventory.
